Introducing: our Patchwork Robe, made from leftover scraps. We save even the tiniest bits of fabric to repurpose, while staying mindful about reducing waste in our design and production. In the fashion industry, fabric scraps are often thrown away and head to landfill (deemed too small to do something with), but we aim to divert that “waste” into something creative and beautiful. The patches are sewn together in NYC’s Garment District and then transformed into our Short Robe. Part jacket, part top — it is so much more than a robe. What do we mean? You can wear it open or closed, as well as tie it in the front as a jacket or in the back as a top. Pair it with our Trouser Pant when you want to streamline and dress up. We have enough scraps to make a few of these patchwork beauties, and they take about a month to complete — worth the wait!
