When will my order ship?

Our clothing collection is made on demand, usually taking between 2-4 weeks to create. Your item will ship shortly thereafter, with shipping times noted on each product page. All orders are cut, sewn, and finished in New York City. If you need something expedited, please contact us: shop@roseroomcollection.com and we will do our very best to make it happen.

For ready-to-ship items, such as jewelry and home objects, orders will usually ship within 2 business days unless otherwise noted.

What is the status of my order?

We will send you an email once your item has shipped with a tracking number. If the link isn’t working, please email shop@roseroomcollection.com with your order number in the subject.

Do you accept returns?

We do not typically have returns on our clothing, as it is made on demand for you. This model is meant to reduce waste and excess inventory – a widespread problem in the fashion industry that impacts our planet and each other. If you'd like to exchange a size, we will gladly swap it based on availability. If you have an issue with your order, please email us: shop@roseroomcollection.com and we will help.
