How does clothing ordering work?
Most of our clothing is made-to-order or limited-edition, available to order for a certain period of time. This is noted on the product page. You can buy an item anytime in the ordering window until the deadline, when noted. After that, we go to work producing your pieces and the item will no longer be available for sale.
This is because clothing is made to order, on demand in New York City. This helps reduce waste and unwanted inventory – a widespread issue in the fashion industry and a contributor to pollution. Â
Home items are ready-to-ship.
When will my order ship?
Our clothing collection is made on demand, usually taking between 2-4 weeks to create. Your item will ship shortly thereafter, with shipping times noted on each product page. All orders are cut, sewn, and finished in New York City. If you need something expedited, please contact us: shop@roseroomcollection.com and we will do our very best to make it happen.
For ready-to-ship items, such as jewelry and home objects, orders will ship within 2 business days unless otherwise noted.
What is the status of my order?
We will send you an email once your item has shipped with a tracking number. If the link isn’t working, please email shop@roseroomcollection.com with your order number in the subject.
Do you accept returns?
We do not typically have returns on our clothing, as it is made on demand for you. This model is meant to reduce waste and excess inventory – a widespread problem in the fashion industry that impacts our planet and each other.
