Where are your products made?

Our Rose Room clothing and bags are made in Manhattan.

Can you make custom items?

For now, we only offer the options on our site and Instagram, though we’d love to hear from you if there is something in particular you’d like us to make. Email us at shop@roseroomcollection.com. We also offer one-of-a-kind items, so check back here, too.

Can I try a clothing item on for size before buying?

Yes, in New York! Email us for an appointment at shop@roseroomcollection.com or by Instagram DM @roseroomcollection.

Where is Rose Room sold?

The collection is sold directly to customers on roseroomcollection.com and Instagram @roseroomcollection, as well as at occasional in-person events.

What size do I order?

Most of our clothing has give or volume to allow for flexible sizing. Personally, we like to size up when in doubt, but items typically fit “true to size” on average. For more specifics, our product pages have details about the fit of each item, and our imagery on-body also shows the silhouette in context. What is “ready-to-ship” vs. “ships soon?”

“Ready-to-ship” items are those that are available now and can be sent shipped within a few business days.

“Ships soon” items are typically those that are made on demand in small quantities, including most of our clothing. When you place an order for these pieces, we get to work making them in the heart of New York – the turnaround time is typically 2-4 weeks. We then ship your order to you from NYC, and you’ll receive it based on the shipping speed you selected at checkout.
